Lauren Messano
My name is Lauren Messano and I am a Little Silver, New Jersey based certified personal trainer who has been empowering women with a whole lifestyle change approach that supports them in becoming the brightest version of themselves.
Training with me is so much more than just that. Coaching and training my clients has always been something that inspires and motivates me. One of my favorite parts of my job is being able to push people to become their best self. I believe that if you LOOK good you FEEL good. Working out with me means daily check ins, making sure you're getting your workouts in and eating properly!
